Welcome to Joinery & Property Services. I am a fully qualified joiner, with over 30 years experience in the building trade. I specialise in carpentry, but I can undertake all aspects of building work.

I liaise with all my customers and keep them thoroughly informed, to ensure all work is carried out and completed to the customer's satisfaction. I work in York and cover all surrounding areas.

About Us

I started Joinery & Property Services in 2011, after working as a qualified joiner for 16 years. I wanted to use the knowledge and experience I had gained to start up my own business.Since starting the business, I have built up a loyal customer base and gain most of my work through recommendations alone, due to the high-quality work I provide. I am always looking to expand and willing to take on new customers for one off jobs or long term projects.

I offer a friendly and professional service and I will provide FREE written quotations, for all customer enquiries.
